It is very difficult to listen to say “take it easy” and try to do it. Due to the same routine of life today, many things go quickly changing their initial origins, transforming into monsters that make life more and more difficult and impossible for us.
Technology runs like the bureaucratic forms of our society.
That is to say, one plans to do something but the circumstances make it very difficult, that almost everything planned was not fulfilled.
This causes us to fall into anxiety without realizing it, and we can end up frustrated or sick.
It is important to take things slowly without getting desperate.
When the turmoil in your nerves blinds your brain, take things slowly, forbidden to fall into despair!
Me, these weeks have gone by crazy fast and many goals that were set were not met, leaving me with a shorter time frame and trying to make them settle again. Anxiety beats the brain, but you must take a deep breath and accept things as they come, without falling into frustration.
I am on pause from my projects, waiting for the move towards a change that takes time and span, which I can do nothing but accept without anxiety and without frustration.
Things, laws and regulations have changed making our lives not easy, but don’t despair, please take things easy, tomorrow will be a better day x
