Chocolate Brittle

Recipe 🥣

300gr organic white chocolate
150gr macadamia nuts
300gr organic milk chocolate
100gr hazelnuts
100gr raisins
300gr organic plain chocolate
100gr pecans
100gr dried cranberries

Make each type of chocolate brittle separately,
break the chocolate in small pieces and place them in a small bowl,
melt the chocolate slowly in a bain marie,
stir gently with a spoon every soften to make sure all the chocolates melt,
lift the bowl and mix the others ingredients,
line a baking tray with cling film,
pour the mix into, refrigerate until solid,
remove the cling film and chunks!
