BBQ Vegetables


2 Large aubergines
3 Courgettes
2 Bunches of asparagus
Olive oil
1 Lemon (cut in 2 halfs)

On a large plate drizzle the vegetables and the half of lemon with olive oil, making sure they are well coated, place them on hot bbq for 3 minutes each side.
Asparagus take little bit longer time.
Sprinkle salt and juice lemon.
