BBQ RECIPE 🥗
12 Chickens thighs
1 Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic grated
3 Sprigs of rosemary
1 Spoon of olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Into a bowl put the juice of lemon, garlic, the half of rosemary, oil, salt and pepper, mix well.
Then make 3 slashes on the skin of the chicken and let into the bowl marinade, cover and let for 4 hours in refrigerator.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill (hot bbq) for 20 minutes both sides, will burn.
