Fold each short edge of the fabric to the wrong side and press along the fold line fold the fabric in half
right sides together and crease the base into a fold stitch the sides by hand or machine turn bag right side out
attack four eyelets, two each side of the bag
make the handles through each eyelet and secure with a knot tied on the outside decorate with a fabric flowers attached with the same way
choose some coordinating fabric flowers and glue them position
