Draw a star on a piece of thin cardboard and cut it out. use a pencil to draw around it and cut your stars. Put a small blob of poster tack in the middle of each one. Press half of them onto a large piece of paper. Pour sow pale paint onto an old plate. Dip a sponge into the paint and dab all over the paper, leave to dry it.
