Pudding truffles


In a bowl cream together,
50gr butter
125g icing sugar
2tbsp cocoa
2tbsp double cream
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
250gr cake crumbs

Mix well all, roll into a balls, roll each ball in chocolate sugar.
Mix 50 gr icing sugar with 1 tsp hot water and drop a small onto the top of each truffle.
