Peppermint essence
1 egg white
340gr icing sugar
Separate and egg,
whisk up the egg white until gets too stiff.
Add 4 tsp of peppermint and add the egg white to the sugar and mix all together, make into a ball.
Make balls on the bake paper and leave them to harden overnight.
