Choose a selection of seed and bugle beads in shade of silver, white blue, turquoise,
mix all of the beads together in a plate,
measure the circumference of your candle,
cut a length of double sided tape to your measure meant, wrap the tape around the candle,
remove the protective film on the outside of the tape,
roll the candle in the bead mixture pressing beads into place with your fingers as needed, you can use the same technique with cards etc
