Autumn Soup

In cold seasons it is necessary to feed our body with foods that regenerate energy and vitamins and the “pumpkin” is special for this ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚ ๐ŸŽƒ

Today we will cook a simple soup with many nutrients!

To start we will cut into pieces our pumpkin (small), onion (1/2), mushrooms (2 large or 3 medium), place in our pot and season with salt / pepper and sprinkle a little oregano, with a few drops of oil we will leave add (to a covered pot) until it has its consistency and juice, then add wheat (1/2 cup wash), peas and chopped carrots (1/2 cup), 2 large white potatoes (chopped into small squares) and stir everything well , we add a concentrated vegetable cube and then add 1 Lt of boiling water, control the seasoning and let it cook in a semi-covered pot (in the case of the Rice Cooker it will cover everything), we let our legumes cook well with the wheat and when this Soft, we can add 50 gr of Spaghetti (cut in 4), stir well and when it is taking its point, add 1/4 cup of milk and chopped peppermint, let it take its point (over low heat) and covered pot.
Serve it very hot with a slice of bread!

Tips: you can use the rice cooker to make your soups or if you prefer you can use your normal cooking pot.
